This is used on the S35C roaster with underground thermocouples and is not compatible with the S35A/B underground thermocouples.

Parts Service Factor / Life Expectancy:
Life expectancy is dependent upon roaster usage. Symptoms indicating replacement needed include damage resulting from improper removal or usage, or inaccurate bean temperature readings.

A damaged thermocouple typically shows extreme temperature readings or a zero temperature. Improper positioning of the bean thermocouple can influence bean temperature readings without being damaged. Contact Loring support for instructions regarding the proper positioning of the bean thermocouple.

Please note: 
This is not compatible with the S35A/B.  The easiest way to tell the difference between an S35C and an S35A/B roaster is the S35C does not use compressed air.  If you have an airline connected to the left rear of the roaster, you have either an A mod or B mod S35.
