This kit includes all 4 thermocouples used on the S15C Falcon coffee roaster. If your roaster is not a C-mod, then you will need THIS KIT.
How to tell if the roaster is an S15A/B or C-mod. Check the serial number sticker on the back side of the electrical panel. If the description says S15C, you have a C-mod roaster.
