S35A/B bean thermocouple (Harness not included)
This is used on the S35A/B roaster with grounded thermocouples and is not compatible with the S35C ungrounded thermocouples.

S35A/B Kestrel
Located on the front of the roaster in the discharge door

1 K-type bean thermocouple
1 female yellow connector
Parts Service Factor / Life Expectancy:
Life expectancy is dependent upon roaster usage. Symptoms indicating replacement needed include damage resulting from improper removal or usage, or inaccurate bean temperature readings.
A damaged thermocouple typically shows extreme temperature readings or a zero temperature. Improper positioning of the bean thermocouple can influence bean temperature readings without being damaged. Contact Loring support for instructions regarding the proper positioning of the bean thermocouple.
Please note:
This is not compatible with the S35C. The easiest way to tell if the roater is an A/BMOD or a CMOD is the product sticker.
