Life expectancy is dependent upon roaster usage. Symptoms indicating replacement needed include inaccurate gas pressure readings or damage to the gas pressure gauge. Early roasters may not be quipped with a gas pressure gauge. This kit will provide the gas pressure gauge which is very useful for knowing the gas pressure provided to the roaster which is invaluable when diagnosing flame issues.
