Life expectancy is dependent upon roaster usage. Symptoms indicating replacement needed include Smoke Leaks, Tape no longer sticks, becomes brittle or burned away.
Most sections of sealing tape will be permanent on the roaster. However, if you disassemble a section be sure to have more on hand.
